Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using EMI Calculator - Smart Loan Planner, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

App Usage

The App provides tools for estimating equated monthly installments (EMI) on loans. All calculations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

Premium Subscription Terms

Premium features are available via a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store. No refunds will be provided except where required by law.

RevenueCat & Google Play Billing

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play and managed using RevenueCat. All billing, refunds, and customer support related to purchases are handled by Google Play in accordance with their policies. We do not have access to your payment information.

Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to view ads and understand that personalized ads may be shown based on device identifiers collected by AdMob.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and intellectual property contained in the App are owned by Limners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, the calculations provided by the App are estimates. Limners makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information. The App is provided "as is".

Limitation of Liability

Limners shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its calculations. You assume all responsibility for any financial decisions made based on the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date above will indicate the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
